Description

The Office Manager is responsible for general daily operations for a busy small business located in the Perimeter Atlanta area.  The ideal candidate must be able to handle bookkeeping activities including invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and account reconciliation.  The Office Manager is also responsible for creating proposals, managing an in-house database, researching leads for the sales team, maintaining marketing campaigns, scheduling and more. 

Duties:

  • Bookkeeping using QuickBooks
  • Research prospective clients using internet research and proprietary database
  • Create, submit and follow up on Requests for Proposals (RPFs)
  • Communicate with sales team and owners on a regular basis
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, contractors and subcontractors
  • Assist with strategic marketing campaigns to build brand awareness
  • Coordinate schedules for all projects
  •  Continuously update database with status changes
  • Daily office and facility management

The role is required to be in the office 4 – 5 days a week. 

Salary is competitive and dependent upon experience. We offer paid holidays and vacations.

Requirement

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping skills
  • Internet researching for new prospects
  • Extreme attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
  • Notary is a plus
