Imagine God introducing you to a group of people and telling them that you are His gift to them! That is precisely His message about you. He designed you for a specific Kingdom purpose and when you operate in your gifts you are a blessing to others. As you come to understand your awesome design and gifts, your approach to the workplace will be different. No longer will you look for a place that is willing to hire you. Instead you’ll be looking for the perfect place to put your gifts to work blessing others. So don’t undervalue yourself when a hiring manager asks, “What are you worth?” The most accurate answer would be “You could never afford what I’m worth!” Of course, you won’t want to say that out loud, but in your heart you’ll know it’s true.

• I am a gift from God to the workplace. I bless everyone I work for.
• I receive guidance from the Holy Spirit about the places to use my gifts.
• I freely give because I have freely received so much from the Lord.
