Aspen A/C & Heating is a local, family-owned HVAC company that has served the Norcross and surrounding communities for more than 15 years. We are entering an exciting new chapter of growth and are looking for the right person to grow with us.

No HVAC experience is required.

We are looking for someone who is hardworking, dependable, humble, and hungry to learn. You will work directly alongside experienced HVAC professionals who will teach you the trade hands-on, help you work toward industry certifications, and give you increasing responsibility as you grow.

We aren't simply looking to fill a position. We want to find someone who wants to build a career and potentially become a future leader within Aspen.

Requirement

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Dependable and able to arrive on time

Willing to learn and receive hands-on training

Comfortable working with your hands and solving problems

Able to perform the physical requirements of residential HVAC work

Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoors

Professional and respectful when working in customers’ homes

Willing to work toward EPA 608 certification

No previous HVAC experience required

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is hungry, humble, dependable, mechanically curious, and excited about learning a skilled trade and helping build a growing company.
