Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with entering and managing property and title data. This is an entry-level position with training provided, ideal for someone interested in real estate, legal records, or administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter property data, legal descriptions, and document details into company systems
  • Review title reports, deeds, and public records for completeness
  • Pull and process order requests, ensuring all required information is obtained and assigned correctly
  • Maintain organized digital files and document records
  • Verify information for accuracy and flag discrepancies
  • Assist abstractors and team members with administrative support
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry systems)
  • Ability to type efficiently and maintain data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with real estate, title work, or courthouse/public records
  • Familiarity with legal descriptions or property records
